These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of PayTrace as a payment method for goods and/or services provided by Fogel’s Fuel Service, LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”).

By submitting payment via PayTrace, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by the following terms:

1. Payment Authorization

You authorize Fogel’s Fuel Service to charge your selected payment method through PayTrace for the total amount due as shown at the time of checkout or invoice. Payments are processed securely via PayTrace.

2. Payment Methods

We accept valid credit cards, debit cards, or other payment methods supported by PayTrace. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment information.

3. Transaction Security

All transactions are encrypted and processed securely by PayTrace. Fogel’s Fuel Service does not store full credit card information on our servers.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

All sales are final. If you believe a payment was made in error, please contact us immediately.

5. Disputes

Any disputes regarding a transaction processed via PayTrace should be brought to our attention first. If unresolved, you may contact your bank or card issuer to initiate a chargeback in accordance with their policies.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fogel’s Fuel Service will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of PayTrace for payment.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website or sent via email, and continued use of our payment service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
